He has over twenty years of pastoral experience and served his previous church for over fifteen years. He graduated from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, KY.
Rev. Larry has a passion for others to enter into a relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. His objective is to clearly present God’s Word and to live it out in ministry. What we believe:
Dexter First United Methodist Church is part of The United Methodist Church which is a global denomination that opens hearts, opens minds and opens doors through active engagement with our world. The mission of The United Methodist Church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the World.
John Wesley and the early Methodists placed primary emphasis on Christian living, on putting faith and love into action. This emphasis on what Wesley referred to as “practical divinity” has continued to be a hallmark of United Methodism today.
