Youth

 

 Dexter 1st UMC has an exciting Youth Ministry Program for Middle School and Senior High students that includes:

 

Worship

Every Sunday morning we join with the congregation for the first portion of our worship service at 10:30 a.m. Approximately 10:45, we head to "The Loft" for our own worship service which includes Contemporary Music, Youth-Oriented Worship, and Prayer. 

 

A youth lead service for the entire congregation is held every year.

 

Study

Synago is a youth-lead study group that meets on Wednesday evenings.

 

Middle School Synago is held in "The Loft" at 6:45 to 8:00 p.m. every Wednesday.

Senior High Synago in "The Loft" from 8:00 to 9:15 p.m. every Wednesday.

 

Music

Bell Choir for Jr. & Sr. High meets each Wednesday at 6:00 p.m.

 

Mission

Youth Mission Trip every other year during the summer.

 

Fun

Activities ranging from parties to lock-ins throughout the year.
